Making A Purchase

For international orders outside the UK your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

We also accept bank transfers. When making a payment direct into our bank account notification of the order must be made via phone/fax or email on the day the transfer is paid into account for prompt delivery. For bank fund transfers please use the following details: Bank of Scotland Account # 00608793

Shipping And Handling

All goods ordered from this site are sent insured via Royal Mail Special Delivery. If an order arrives damaged please report it to THC and The Royal Mail. A claim form should be sought from The Royal Mail (or local Post Office) as damaged goods will be claimed for through them. Under no circumstances should damaged goods be returned to THC unless stated otherwise by THC.

Please note that we do not ship to the U.S.A - the D.E.A has busted seed companies in Canada which has made a considerable difference to our outlook.

Delivery Schedule

When an item is in stock we will normally send your order within 1 working day for seed and glass orders and 3 working days for books. International orders are generally received within one week. Please note for seeds and expensive items these will be despatched by Royal Mail Special delivery only. This is guaranteed next day before noon is insured and applies to UK deliveries only.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
